My childhood was amazing and unique. In fact, it ruined my life in many ways. I remember when I was seven, listening to the radio in my parents' room in Australia, eyes closed, lying on the rug with my head on a pillow, the sound of the branches and leaves blowing in the wind outside. I often wonder, is this a dream and am I still in Australia? Will I wake up and be able to do it all differently? Or is this my life and my memories will always be an albatross around my neck?
2002 A Day in the Life
Benjamin was here then he left. Then Adam came home, then he left with Christopher looking for Benjamin. Then Benjamin came home. Then Adam came home without Christopher. Then Benjamin left to go ride while Adam was sleeping downstairs. Then Ben Damm came looking for Adam. Then Adam and Ben Damm sat and played guitar for a while. Then Ben Damm left to go eat. Then Benjamin called and asked if Ben Damm had called and could he spend the night. I said that Ben Damm had come and gone, and Adam had asked if he could spend the night, and I said yes. Then Adam left because Cassie came to get him to take him to eat. He didn't want to go, but I said free food, go with her. So then Adam and Cassie left. Then Ben Damm came. Then Lisa Damm called to talk to Ben Damm, and we had a chat then I left to go to Smith's to get pictures, and Ben Damm left to go home to get CDs. When I got home Ben Damm was here. Then Benjamin called and asked where Adam was (out with Cassie) and where Ben Damm was (home with me listening to music). Benjamin said to tell Ben Damm to come to Carl's. Then they all came home with Carl in tow.
